a little about me

I was gifted my first “nice“ camera when I was 13. By nice I mean my first digital Fuji film camera. My 13 year old self saw nothing but greatness with my Fuji taking pictures of family, friends, and can’t forget my tumblr wanna be self - cringe.

At a young age, I always felt like I saw beauty in everyone and everything. I still do, but thankfully in a more appreciative light.  I was attracted to so many different aesthetics and was completely tumblr inspired.  My first real camera that started my magic and practice was with Nikon DSLR 3200. 2018 I started taking friends out to locations and shoot any ideas I had been inspired by online. I asked lots of people to be models to just showcase what I can bring to the table for people. I purchased an 85mm lens and also a 35mm to upgrade my gear. I tried different editing styles, posing styes, and everything in-between. I'm still growing and learning every time I'm out shooting, but finally have a hold on what my passions are and what my style is. 

June 2023 I finally invested in a Nikon Z6 mark ii along with a 24-70mm lens for lots of range. I am so dang proud of myself.

My vision is to deliver you something that will bring you back in time. I want your photos to have a nostalgic, timeless, and authentic feeling with my inviting warm tones and lifestyle category photos. The perfectly  imperfect images that you didn't think you would love of yourself, because it wasn't completely staged. The genuine smile. 

Something To Hold Forever

I have two cats and a dog who I adore. Buddy who is in the photo above pretending he’s hating any ounce of attention. Daisy, my mutt rescue dog, and Cocoa who has an endless stomach. I can’t imagine not having animals around me at home, they are the light of it all and honestly my favorite subjects to capture.

So YES… bring your dog to our session!  I’m ready to meet them and tie them into our vision that we are creating together.
